Client in Ireland needed to identify a strong Head of AI, with experience in Agentic AI architecture and implementation, to work with clients and deliver a full turnkey solution.

How do we start the process?

What is the minimum contract term?
For Executive Search, we have a 2-month minimum assignment. For Digital transformation projects, 3 months minimum, depending on project complexity, while Permanent and Contract Hire have a one-month engagement.
How quickly can we launch a search?
Once the plan and budget have been approved, our team can start as quickly as 5 business days to start the Search campaign.
Do you work on any type of search and levels?
We focus on C-level roles, and Senior Delivery leadership. We also offer talent solutions for Management roles, permanent & contract hires, with some exceptions for key clients.

It depends what you need. Executive Search has a cost linked to the package offered, while projects are priced based in key deliverables. We can charge on daily rates or a percentage of the annual salary for permanent roles.
